What You’ll Do

- Handle, label, and store materials safely and accurately per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

- Operate and maintain a range of equipment—spray dryers, blenders, capsule fillers, blister packers, and packaging machines

- Perform equipment cleaning, sanitizing, and routine maintenance to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards

- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and support process innovation and experimental trials

- Complete documentation: batch records, cleaning logs, and inventory reports

- Maintain strict cleanroom standards, monitor environmental conditions, and supervise contractors/visitors as needed

- Support warehouse operations: goods receiving, dispatch, and inventory management

- Assist in secondary packaging and keep the cleanroom in top shape

- Participate in ongoing GMP and cleanroom training

- Uphold workplace safety and promptly report incidents or irregularities

What You’ll Bring

- Strong mechanical aptitude and a hands-on mindset

- Problem-solving skills and a knack for troubleshooting

- Comfort working both independently and as part of a collaborative team

- Sharp attention to detail and clear communication abilities

- Basic computer literacy (Windows, Excel, Word)

- Flexibility, initiative, and sound time management

- Own transport is essential (shift work involved)

- Experience in cleanroom or GMP-regulated environments is advantageous

- High school certificate or equivalent preferred (but not essential)
