- Permanent, full-time position (35 hours per week).
- Remuneration package of $2,412.82 gross per fortnight with the opportunity to progress to $2,895.38 gross per fortnight + superannuation (12%).

In this role as Records Officer, you will:
- Process incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently.
- Capture and maintain both electronic and physical records.
- Manage physical archives, ensuring timely and secure document storage.
- Ensure compliance with record retention and destruction regulations.
- Support and train staff in using our information management systems.
As the successful applicant, you will have the following:
- Class C Driver's Licence.
- Qualifications relevant to the role, e.g. Certificate II or III in Business Administration or relevant experience.
- Demonstrated administrative experience relevant to the role, such as managing correspondence, maintaining filing systems, and coordinating office procedures to support efficient recordkeeping.
- Excellent time management, attention to detail and communication skills.
- Experience with specific software packages such as Microsoft Office Suite. EDRMs (Electronic Document and Records Management System) knowledge is desirable but not necessary.
