About the role:

We are seeking a customer and floor focused Restaurant Manager to drive the opening of this brand new restaurant and to be a force in creating something truely special for the future of Enbarr. We are looking for that special someone who has the ambition to train and develop our teams, whilst also providing exceptional customer service and experience.

This position is perfect for a proactive individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for the hospitality industry. Candidates will need to have a sound knowledge of running a restaurant focused on exceptional and informative service, wine and cocktail knowledge, increasing revenue on shift and management of staff to ensure all customers have a smooth, enjoyable and a memorable experience. We are looking for someone who is organised, efficient and ready to welcome all customers, while maintaining relationships with regulars, suppliers and reps.
