Our client is a global manufacturer supplying a wide range of equipment to many industries.

They want a factory hand to assist in the workshop where you will be trained.

Duties include:

• welding,

• grinding metal parts,

• metal bending and folding,

• light equipment assembly, and

• general workshop tasks.

What you need:

An enthusiastic, well-mannered personality

A willingness to learn and assist as needed

Be good with your hands and familiar with hand tools

Some welding experience

Some electrical knowledge

Safety conscious

Able to work to a direction

The ability to understand simple assembly drawings

On offer is:

Training in new skills, a generous hourly rate, weekly pay, and monthly paid superannuation.

The position will start as a full-time casual (38 hours a week).

Their premises are close to public transport.
