About the role

• Assisting experienced tradespeople with a range of tasks, including material handling, tool preparation, and equipment maintenance
• Performing general labouring duties, such as cleaning and organising the workshop
• Following all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
• Demonstrating a willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the team

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Trade Assistant or in a similar labouring role, preferably within the engineering or fabrication industry
• Good manual dexterity and the ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Commitment to workplace safety and a proactive approach to maintaining a clean and organised work environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company
