Our Federal Government client is seeking a highly skilled Senior M365 Engineer to play a critical role in ensuring the performance, resilience, and compliance of their cloud environments, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure platforms.

Duties of the Senior M365 Engineer

• Monitor, manage, and optimise cloud environments to ensure performance, availability, and compliance with relevant security and regulatory standards;
• Implement and maintain robust security measures, contributing to a secure and resilient cloud posture aligned with government frameworks;
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support, including advanced troubleshooting and resolution of complex cloud and infrastructure issues;
• Deliver strategic advice and contribute to the development of cloud architecture roadmaps that support organisational goals for security, stability, and simplicity.
