💼 The Role

Hands-on role in a fast-growing firm (~20 staff)

Based in Earlwood, near Sydney’s Inner West — with flexible hybrid work (3 days in office, 2 days from home)

Work closely with a respected, approachable manager who backs your development

Deep client exposure — especially to growing SMEs in construction and medical industries

🌱 What We Look For

CA or CPA qualified (mandatory)

5+ years of public practice experience (mandatory)

Strong technical base — Australian tax including Div 7A CGT, workpapers, journals, review-level understanding

Comfortable engaging directly with clients and providing insight

Curious, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement

Tech-savvy and open to embracing automation and AI

Integrity is non-negotiable — if you cut corners, we are not for you
