Due to strong growth and project pipeline, our client are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take their development projects from concept to grand opening.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and motivate project teams to deliver on time & budget
• Manage design, approvals, procurement, and contractor engagement
• Drive cost efficiencies, quality, and sustainability
• Coordinate consultants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure smooth handovers to operations, including all documentation

What You Bring

• Proven track record delivering commercial, retail or hospitality projects end-to-end
• Strong leadership & stakeholder management skills
• Commercial savvy with solid budgeting and forecasting ability
• Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
