This company is off to the races with multiple projects landing in the coming weeks.

You’ll step into a Project Engineer role where your engineering background and financial acumen will be valued from day one. This business has been growing steadily for over thirty years, delivering complete service solutions across infrastructure, services, and renewables. With in-house crews, plant, and traffic teams, they work on projects such as data centres, substations, road upgrades, and BESS installations. Clients include utility providers, Tier 1 builders, and government bodies, with operations across metropolitan and regional Victoria.

You’ll join a close-knit crew of capable engineers, contract administrators, and supervisors. Your focus will be on cost control, forecasting, subcontractor packages, and financial reporting, while also supporting delivery teams on-site. This role blends office and site responsibilities, giving you the chance to manage budgets, work directly with subcontractors, and track project performance through to completion.

To be considered for this role, you’ll need a civil engineering degree and at least three years’ experience as a Project Engineer. You’ll bring solid financial reporting skills, experience with ITPs and quality systems, and knowledge of all things to do with civil early works packages, large and small.

Salary is up to $160k, including super, plus vehicle.
