New opportunity for a Clinical Project Manager to join a growing CRO!

You will be joining a mid-sized CPM team, working alongside the Project Director & CEO. Full scope of responsibility managing end-to-end clinical projects. They have a varied portfolio and will see you working across an array of therapeutic areas, including oncology, and so offers a chance to broaden your skillset and projects covered.

This role would suit an independent CPM who is confident managing full end-to-end project lifecycle. They encourage a process improvement mindset and work in a collaborative team dynamic. You will be point of contact for Biotech and Pharma sponsors and so strong communication is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of assigned clinical research projects.

Manage cross-functional teams and site activities.

Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines.

Ensure adherence to Australian and international regulations.

Act as the primary liaison for sponsors and stakeholders.

Monitor project status and implement strategies to keep projects on track.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years' experience as a project manager in a CRO environment.

Proven experience managing multi-country studies.

Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes and GCP guidelines.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Salary: $150,000 - $165,000 base plus superannuation
