About the role:
As the Body Shop Manager, you will oversee a team of talented staff, ensuring that operational excellence, safety, and customer satisfaction are at the forefront. You will be responsible for driving results, maintaining premium brand standards, and building strong relationships with both customers and insurance partners.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate and develop all Body Shop staff
• Oversee workflow, productivity, quality control and completion deadlines
• Monitor key performance indicators, costs, and profitability
• Maintain relationships with insurance companies and suppliers
• Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer specifications
• Uphold OH&S and environmental compliance
• Foster a culture of customer excellence and loyalty

What you'll bring:
