Site Manager - Hands-On Role

The Role
We're looking for a hands-on Site Manager who's comfortable being on-site every day, leading the delivery of multi-level commercial projects - including basement work, slabs, and precast concrete. You'll be responsible for making sure everything runs smoothly, safely, and on time.

You'll work closely with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors, keeping a close eye on budgets, schedules, quality, and compliance - all with support from our senior leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all day-to-day site activities on commercial construction projects

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and your site team

Make sure OH&S and building regulations are followed

Oversee basement construction, slab pours, and precast concrete installation

Work with project managers, engineers, and consultants to keep things on track

Focus on quality and making sure projects finish on time and within budget

About You
You're a practical, experienced Site Manager who leads by example. You're comfortable being hands-on on-site every day and can keep things moving without compromising safety or quality.

You'll have:

At least 10 years' experience managing commercial or mixed-use construction projects

Experience with basement builds, precast concrete, and slab work

Confidence reading technical drawings and managing trades

A steady, solution-focused approach to leadership
