ABOUT THE ROLE:
This role involves, managing inventory, coordinate shipments for our team across Australia as well as externally with customers, ensuring the efficiency and timeliness of logistical processes & managing the receiving and booking of goods.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLES:
· Managing & Coordinate the dispatch with our internal team across Australia & external customers
· Handling the receiving and booking of goods daily via email or face to face
· Responsible for collecting and delivering parcels through multiple daily trips as required
· Coordinate & Liaise with customer requirements in a timely and cost-effective manner
· Physically Capable of lifting heavy items
· Can carry out other duties as required to meet Tex At Site's objective in the supply of a field testing service
SKILLS:
· Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
· Problem-solver with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-first mindset
· Able to use various software tools and systems for dispatch / booking processing & management
· Have a strong customer service focus
· Complex solutions to a diverse range of managing issues.
· Forklift Licence REQUIRED - A forklift licence is preferred; however, this can be obtained upon commencement at the candidate’s own expense.
· Ability to drive a 6 meter van Mercedes Sprinter or a UTE is a plus
· Demonstrate enthusiasm and maintain a proactive, 'how can I help?' attitude within the team.
