Complete Staff Solutions are currently looking for a Mill Production Operator for Australia's leading Animal Nutrition producer.

Where: Taree Region
Shifts: Day Shift - ongoing work of up to 38hrs per week
Pay: $31.19 ph.

Qualifications Required: Forklift Licence desirable but not essential.

The Role:
As mill operator you will form part of a successful team with the day-to-day operation and production of quality feed.

Ensure correct and accurate amounts of ingredients are used in each batch including premix micro ingredients for auto batching system.

Receive - record - weigh & test ingredients

Dispatch finished product / ingredients to correct areas of the business

Monitor and test feed quality, including providing samples and recording batches

Cleaning and general maintenance of Mill, Press areas and workstations

About you:

Be reliable and have a positive attitude to work

Have a current licence and reliable transport (No public transport to area)

Have an understanding of the importance of WHS

Rights to work in Australia with no limitations.

Sound knowledge of OH&S and Environmental Policies and Legislation.

Sound computing skills. Able to work in Office and AX programs.

Ability to work under pressure.

Effective communication skills.

Identify and report non-conformances

Enforce safety rules

Understanding of site safety Policies and Procedures
