Key Responsibilities

Clinic Leadership & Operations: Oversee day-to-day management of staff, rosters, workflow, and resources.

Accreditation & Compliance: Lead clinic accreditation processes, maintain compliance with RACGP standards, and ensure all policies/procedures meet regulatory requirements.

Recruitment & Workforce Development: Work closely with medical recruiters to attract and retain high-quality GPs and allied health professionals; manage onboarding and training.

Financial & Performance Management: Monitor budgets, billing, and KPIs; deliver monthly performance reports; drive initiatives to enhance profitability and service quality.

Team Development: Provide leadership, mentoring, and professional growth opportunities for staff.

Patient Experience: Ensure the highest standard of care and satisfaction through efficient systems and a patient-first culture.

About You

Proven experience in practice management within a GP or allied health clinic.

Demonstrated success in accreditation processes and compliance management.

Skilled in recruitment partnerships and workforce planning.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Proficient in clinic software systems, Medicare billing, and financial reporting.

Proficient in clinic software systems (Best Practice), Medicare billing, financial reporting, and Microsoft Office Suite
