With a growing portfolio and a strong reputation in the industry, they are seeking a Marketing Specialist to lead and execute their marketing strategy.

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with the studio’s business objectives

Manage digital platforms including the website, social media channels, and email campaigns

Coordinate PR activities, including media outreach, award submissions, and publication opportunities

Create engaging content such as project narratives, press releases, blog articles, and case studies

Collaborate with architects and designers to curate visual and written material that reflects the studio’s ethos

Monitor analytics and report on campaign performance and audience engagement

Organise and promote events, exhibitions, and industry networking initiatives

Maintain brand consistency across all communications and marketing collateral

Skills and Experience

3 - 5 years of experience in a marketing role

Experience working within architecture, design, or a related creative industry

Excellent written communication and storytelling skills, with a strong visual sensibility

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress), and social media management tools

Familiarity with architecture awards, publications, and industry networks

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a creative studio environment
