We are currently hiring a marketing specialist to join our growing team in Sydney to handle our Mongolian market.

Job tasks and responsibilities:

· Continue promoting the company’s services for recruiting Mongolian students to study in Australia

· Plan and execute marketing campaigns and events promoting our company to onshore Mongolian students in Sydney and across Australia

· Conduct regular evaluations of marketing campaigns to monitor the success of each marketing effort

· Develop marketing strategies to expand our team and strengthen our presence in Mongolia

· Assist our company’s partners (Australian education providers) to establish their branding in Mongolia

· Coordinate and manage budgets with our global marketing team for joint international education events, fairs and expos

· Propose, plan, collect data and create new ideas and concepts for the company’s marketing division and campaigns

· Communicate with Austrade in Mongolia regarding marketing strategies and promote the business ties between Mongolia and Australia in the Education industry

· Propose, plan, collect and analyse data to create new marketing concepts and evaluate potential demand for our services and campaign strategies.

· Publish marketing content and launch campaigns to digital platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and YouTube

· Use digital tools such as Google Analytics to analyse campaign effectiveness

· Contribute to pricing strategy discussions for service offerings based on market feedback and statistical analysis

Requirements:

· Fluency in both written and spoken Mongolian.

· Minimum of three years’ work experience in a similar role.

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree specifically in the field of Commerce or Business

· Excellent interpersonal skills, with proven experience in managing both internal and external stakeholders.

· Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.

· Exceptional presentation skills.

· A self-motivated, high-achieving team player.

· Flexibility to travel as required.

· Prior experience in the education and migration industry.
