About the Position

Our client is a successful investment building marketing group specialising in volume house and land. They transact approximately 150-200 sales per year for various home builders.

About the Position

An opportunity currently exists for a Property Sales Consultant to join the team in a lucrative role. Responsibilities will include:

Conducting initial appointments with qualified buyers

Assisting buyers with finance and driving this process

Presenting suitable properties through available house and land stock lists

Working closely with Contract Manager to finalise sales

Skills and Experience

We are looking for a self motivated and hungry Sales Professional with a good knowledge of property and investments. Suitable candidates will demonstrate the following:

Experience in real estate or property sales

Experience and knowledge of asset investment or property investment

High performance sales background

Real Estate licence preferred however not essential

Self motivated and driven
