As the Learning and Development officer, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of training programs that equip staff with the skills and confidence to embrace new systems.
You will provide hands-on support to users, troubleshoot issues, and shape a culture of continuous learning, ensuring the success of a high-profile uplift project.
The Role
As the Learning and Development officer, you will:
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of training programs for system users
- Provide ongoing user support and troubleshoot system issues to ensure seamless adoption
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, adjusting strategies for maximum impact
- Engage with project teams, business units, and external vendors to tailor training to organisational needs
- Develop user guides, training materials, and other resources that are clear, practical, and accessible
- Oversee training schedules, track participation, and ensure timely completion of required programs
- Incorporate feedback to continually improve training programs and user experience

Salary / Rate
- $98k - $119k + Super
- 6 – 12 Month Non-Ongoing
- Security clearance required or the ability to obtain
