Position overview
The Academic Skills Officer plays a key role in supporting student learning and academic success across the Australian National University. Based within the University Library’s Academic Skills team, this position contributes to the delivery of academic literacies and learning development services for students from all disciplines.
Working under the general direction of a Learning Adviser, the Academic Skills Officer will coordinate core academic skills programs, support the delivery of workshops and consultations, and contribute to the development of online and in-person resources. The role involves liaising with academic and professional staff, supervising casual student staff, and ensuring access to high-quality academic skills support across the University.
