ROUSSOS Recruitment is partnering with a respected South Australian civil and commercial contractor that is continuing to expand its structural concrete capability. With a reputation for delivering high-quality outcomes across a diverse range of projects, this business is trusted by clients in both the public and private sectors.

As they enter their next phase of growth, this contractor is seeking a Structural Concrete Supervisor to drive on-site delivery of large-scale structural works. You’ll be joining a business that invests in its people, offers stability through repeat business, and values long-term career development.

The Role

In this position, you will take full responsibility for supervising structural concrete works, ensuring all elements are executed to program, budget, and safety standards. Projects span across bridges, retaining structures, foundations, and complex civil builds, valued up to $45M. You’ll be responsible for setting up crews, coordinating subcontractors, managing resources, and ensuring the technical delivery of high-standard concrete structures.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the delivery of structural concrete works on-site
• Manage labour, subcontractors, plant, and materials to achieve milestones
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Oversee formwork, reinforcement, and pours to meet design specifications
• Report progress, manage scheduling, and liaise closely with the Project Manager
• Develop a positive site culture through strong leadership and clear communication

You are a skilled Supervisor with proven experience in structural concrete delivery across civil and infrastructure projects. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, understand the technical requirements of concrete structures, and lead your team by example.

You will have:

• Demonstrated experience supervising structural concrete delivery on-site
• Strong technical knowledge of formwork, reinforcement, and placement
• Excellent coordination and planning skills across people, plant, and equipment
• A proactive approach to WHS and a safety-first mindset
• Clear communication skills with the ability to manage subcontractors and stakeholders
• Flexibility to work across metropolitan and regional projects when required
