We are a growing mobile repair business seeking a motivated and organised Scheduling & Sales Coordinator to join our Sydney team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love speaking with customers, and can keep technicians moving smoothly, this role is for you!

What you’ll do

Handle incoming customer enquiries (phone, email, online) with professionalism and energy.

Provide and follow up on quotes for repairs (training provided).

Convert enquiries into booked jobs through great communication and service.

Schedule technicians efficiently, ensuring jobs are allocated correctly.

Liaise with the field team to keep workflows running smoothly.

Problem-solve and create solutions when challenges arise, ensuring customers and technicians are supported.

Deliver a high standard of customer service, building trust and repeat business.

What we’re looking for

Experience in sales and/or customer service (essential).

Previous exposure to a mobile service business (essential).

***ServiceM8 software experience*** (must-have).

Strong organisational skills and ability to work autonomously once trained.

A positive communicator who can juggle multiple priorities under pressure.

A natural problem solver who can think quickly and provide practical solutions.
