I am working with a national leader in aluminium windows and doors who are on the lookout for a capable and driven sales & logistics coordinator to join their Canberra team. This is a well-established, reputable business that supplies quality systems to both residential and commercial clients across the ACT.

This role is a very exciting role for someone that wants the introduction into sales and warehouse management. You’ll be the go between the customer, warehouse, and delivery teams, making sure every order is handled smoothly from quote to delivery.

Who we’re looking for:
The right candidate is someone with a background in construction or building products who’s got a solid grip on warehouse coordination and enjoys dealing with people. If you’ve worked with aluminium, windows, doors, or similar materials, even better. The team here is high-performing but very welcoming, and they’re looking for someone who’s hands-on, reliable, and not afraid to take initiative.

Key responsibilities:

Handle internal sales enquiries, quotes, and order processing

Manage logistics including dispatch, delivery schedules, and inventory coordination

Lead and supervise warehouse staff to maintain smooth, efficient operations

Support the Branch Manager with daily planning and customer engagement

Maintain strong relationships with trade and builder clients

Monitor stock levels and work closely with supply to avoid delays

Drive continuous improvements across internal processes

Champion safe work practices within the warehouse

Salary and Benefits

Base $70k - $75k | Super 12%
