About the Role

As our Customer Service Representative, you’ll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers across email and social media channels. Your role is all about creating positive experiences—answering questions, solving problems, and making sure our customers feel heard and supported.

What You’ll Do

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails.

• Reply to direct messages and comments on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).

• Assist customers with product questions, order updates, and troubleshooting.

• Maintain a friendly, approachable, and brand-aligned tone in all interactions.

• Keep track of recurring customer questions to help improve our FAQs and processes.

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent written communication skills with a warm, friendly attitude.

• Fast typer who is tech savvy and has strong computer skills

• Great attention to detail and ability to stay organised.

• Comfortable using email platforms and social media (experience with Shopify, Gorgias, or similar tools is a plus).

• A proactive problem-solver who enjoys helping people.

• Prior experience in customer service is desirable but not essential—attitude and communication style are most important.
