About Us

Amity Health is a well-respected not-for-profit organisation, providing country people with the best possible access to health services.

All services aim to deliver high-quality, culturally responsive, and person-centred care across the Great Southern and Wheatbelt regions.

The ideal candidate will provide strategic and operational leadership to multidisciplinary teams, ensure compliance with funding agreements and organisational policies, and drive service excellence. As a key connector within the health sector, you’ll cultivate strong partnerships with service providers, funders, and community stakeholders. This role is central to fostering a performance-based culture, supporting staff capability, and driving innovation in service delivery.

This is a full-time position 38 hours per week, located in our Head Office Centennial Park, Albany.
