The Role
As Corporate Services Manager, you will be at the centre of our operations—driving financial planning, overseeing HR and organisational development, and optimising corporate administration. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you’ll have broad scope to influence strategy, strengthen governance, and enhance efficiency across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Lead financial planning & compliance – manage budgets, capital allocation, and ensure timely, accurate reporting to support strategic decisions.
Oversee HR & culture initiatives – drive recruitment, performance management, training, and workforce development to strengthen organisational capability.
Optimise corporate administration – standardise policies, streamline processes, manage office operations, and ensure effective cross-department coordination.
Contribute to strategy & partnerships – support corporate planning, industry collaboration, and engagement with external stakeholders and government bodies.
Manage projects & resources – deliver key initiatives on time and within budget, ensuring efficient use of financial, human, and material resources.
Develop governance & policies – maintain compliance with legal and regulatory standards, while driving continuous improvement in policies and procedures.
Represent the organisation – act as company representative in negotiations, forums, and industry events, promoting corporate programs and values.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will ideally bring:
A bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
Proven senior management experience across finance, HR, administration, and corporate services.
Strong background in financial planning, capital operations, and compliance frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to optimise HR systems, performance management, and cultural development.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and process improvement skills.
Strategic mindset with hands-on experience leading major projects and supporting executive decision-making.
Previous exposure to the Australian regulatory or business environment is highly regarded.
