What you’ll do:

• Respond to inbound enquiries (no sales or cold calling), educate on product benefits, assess eligibility, and arrange appointments
• Collect, interpret, and analyse customer interaction data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities
• Build and maintain dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) to track service metrics, caller experience, and operational performance
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations, improving efficiency, reducing friction, and enhancing customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records, coordinate appointments, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

What you’ll bring:

• Experience in customer service, contact centre, or service excellence roles, combined with strong analytical skills
• Ability to interpret complex datasets, identify patterns, and present insights in a clear, actionable way
• Proficiency in MS Office and modern analytics tools, with a strong grasp of reporting, data visualisation, and process optimisation
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset and the ability to simplify complex concepts
