About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Senior AV technician to bring their expertise and enthusiasm to our Sydney Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a broad range of events while contributing to exceptional client experiences.

For candidates ready to take on a full-time Senior AV Technician role, we seek individuals with a commitment to technical excellence, a collaborative team spirit, and a drive to deliver outstanding events.

Technical Expertise

A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Video, Lighting, or Audio Technician.

Broad experience across all aspects of AV

Strong abilities and knowledge of:

GrandMA, DMX and lighting technologies

Yamaha Audio Consoles, Dante systems, RF & Radio Microphones

Operating audio for events from basic conference to Awards dinners with performance

Operating vision/graphics switching and presentation software

Riggers & EWP Tickets (not essential but highly regarded)

Basic Vectorworks/CAD skills (not essential but highly regarded)

Problem Solving & Adaptability

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

A flexible attitude toward work hours – it’s the events industry, after all!

Comfort with multitasking and meeting tight deadlines.

Professionalism

A polished presentation and professional manner in client interactions.

A strong desire to grow and expand within the role.

Reliability and attention to detail.
