Ellwood Motorcycle Adventures is on the lookout for a bubbly, organised, and proactive all-rounder to join our fast-growing team from 10th September 2025!

This role qualifies for your 88 days, but we’re ideally seeking someone who wants to grow with us long-term. This could also suit a local looking for future full-time work. Sponsorship may be considered for the right candidate. ✅

💼 Key Responsibilities

Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email with warmth and professionalism

Handling tour bookings

Coordinating motorcycle rentals and logistics

Supporting our team with tour logistics, including:

Preparing the support truck

Ordering and packing food supplies

Cleaning and resetting camping equipment after tours

Greeting customers, checking them in, and ensuring they have the correct hire gear

Assisting the boys in the workshop with parts and ordering when needed

Managing our merchandise line and online orders

Pitching in with the workshop crew to keep things running smoothly

🌟 What We’re Looking For

A bubbly, people-person who loves connecting with others and brings positive energy to the team

Someone who shows initiative and isn’t afraid to get stuck in

Flexible and adaptable – happy to take on different jobs and change plans on the spot if needed

Comfortable being hands-on – this is an all-rounder role where you won’t get bored!

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills (must be able to self manage time)

Excellent written and spoken English (you’ll be liaising with customers from across Australia and beyond)

Customer service experience is highly regarded

Valid driver’s licence (essential)

Heavy vehicle licence and motorcycle licence is a big plus

Tech-savvy: proficient with Google Drive/Docs and Outlook; familiar with Mac and iPhone

A true team player who can also work confidently and independently

🗓 Hours & Schedule

20 hours per week minimum (when tours are running)

Up to 38 hours per week when the crew are back in Cairns

Additional hours are available if you want more – there’s always something to do!

Flexible roster aligned with our tour calendar - Potential full time role for the right candidate

Monday to Friday, with occasional 1–2 hours on a weekend while the crew are away on tour

Based at our headquarters in Bungalow, Cairns

We can also help with sourcing accommodation if needed
