The Position:

The role will see you coordinating the customer onboarding and implementation of all new ALM Services to Iron Mountain from end to end. Owning and resolving customer enquiries and support requests through consistent and effective customer support, prompt response times and delivering high-quality outcomes. Acting as subject matter experts to assist in delivering outstanding customer solutions which drive growth.

To be successful in the role:

• Previous experience working in high volume customer service
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Confidence and resilience when communicating over the phone
• The ability to learn on the job and adapt to new systems quickly
• Reliability
• A flexible and adaptable attitude with high levels of self motivation and a commitment to achieving individual and team goals
