About the role

Vacuum Waste Management Pty Ltd is seeking a talented and motivated Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our dynamic team in Waterloo Corner, SA. This is a casual position, offering the flexibility to work around your schedule. As the Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will play a vital role in maintaining the financial health of our company by ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments.

What you'll be doing

Manage all accounts receivable collections and customer interactions. Statement preparation, and follow-up with customers

Liaise with customers to resolve billing inquiries and collect overdue payments

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts receivable transactions

Assist with the preparation of financial reports and analysis

Collaborate with the broader finance team to ensure efficient and streamlined processes

Provide excellent customer service to our clients

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounts receivable or credit control role

Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills

Proficient in using MYOB accounting software and Microsoft Office suite

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Must be willing to contact customers re outstanding debts which may also result in the need to advance debt collection to a courts environment
