About the role

Are you an experienced Accounts / Admin Assistant looking for a new challenge? Living Web Design, based in West Lakes SA, is seeking a Casual Admin Assistant to join their small team. Working days are primarily around Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays with hours generally from about 10:30am to about 5pm. This role will provide essential accounts and administrative support to the wider business, with a focus on day-to-day office duties and customer service in the Web Design Industry.

What you'll be doing

MYOB AccountRight invoicing, Bank Reconciliation

Handling a variety of administrative tasks including filing, scheduling, and responding to customer phone enquiries

Providing excellent customer service to clients and suppliers

Assisting with the organisation and maintenance of the office environment

Supporting the team with ad-hoc duties as required

What we're looking for

Demonstrated experience as an Accounts / Administrative Assistant or similar role

Experiencedand proficient in MYOB AccountRight

Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Flexible and adaptable approach to work

Website (WordPress) population experience Advantage
