Accounts Officer – Aged Care | Invoicing, AP & Purchasing (4–6 Weeks Temp Assignment) 📍 Location: Salisbury South
🕒 Immediate Start | Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

An opportunity is available for an experienced Accounts Officer to support a well-regarded aged care organisation on a 4-6-week temporary assignment. This is a leave cover role with a thorough 4-week handover and a highly supportive team on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Process client invoicing, ensuring accuracy and completeness (training provided)
  
  
• Handle accounts payable, including purchasing, receipt matching, and data entry
  
  
• Customer Service in liaising with clients to follow up information
• Work across multiple systems including PROCURA, THEREFORE, PAYGLOBAL, and ARYAN
  
  
• Manage a centralised finance inbox and contribute to smooth workflow
  
  
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure continuity during leave coverage

What We’re Looking For

• Solid experience in accounts payable, invoicing, and purchasing
  
  
• Exposure to the aged care sector or similar service-based industries preferred
  
  
• High attention to detail and accuracy with data
  
  
• Proficient in MS Office and adaptable to new systems
  
  
• Professional, approachable, and a team player
