About the Role:

As the Revive Store Manager, you’ll take a hands-on leadership role in managing the day-to-day operations of the Revive Store in Kununurra. From driving retail performance to building community connections, you’ll lead a team that delivers exceptional customer service, supports donation-based recycling, and promote upcycled and sustainable products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, banking, cash handling, and performance reporting.
• Implement strategies to meet sales targets, monitor KPIs, and ensure excellent floor presentation and product quality.
• Create a welcoming store environment while building strong community relationships to increase donations and community support.
• Coach and manage a diverse team, including rostering, check-ins, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
• Establish and maintain sorting and processing systems for donations, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Qualifications & Experience:

Essential:

• Proven experience in retail management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing and culturally diverse teams.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Sound knowledge of waste, recycling, and upcycling practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.

Preferred:

• Current First Aid Certificate.
• Test & Tag Certification (or willingness to obtain).

What You’ll Need

• A current C Class driver’s licence (essential).
• National Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
