We’re looking for motivated and experienced people to join our growing factory team in the following roles:

Precast Concrete Finisher (ABN holders/subcontractors welcome)

Precast Carpenter/Formwork (ABN holders/subcontractors welcome)

Gantry Crane Operator

Roles start as casual with the opportunity to move into full-time.

Job Description:

Depending on the role, duties may include:

Producing and finishing precast concrete elements

Formwork carpentry and mould preparation

Operating gantry cranes and moving panels safely

Patching, sealing, and surface treatments

Reading and interpreting engineering or reinforcement drawings

Following safety and PPE protocols

Required:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in precast, carpentry, or crane operation

Ability to read and understand shop/engineering drawings

White Card (required)

Gantry Crane Licence (required for operators)

Drivers Licence (required)

Forklift/EWP ticket (desirable)

Trade qualifications in carpentry or concreting (preferred, not essential)

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
