THE OPPORTUNITY
If you’re an Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist who has worked with children and is curious about a career beyond traditional clinical practice, this could be your next step. This role allows you to use your clinical expertise in a new way—working directly with families, allied health teams, and service providers to bring the right paediatric mobility and seating solutions to life.

You’ll still make a tangible difference in children’s lives, but with the added variety, autonomy, and earning potential of a sales career.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Assess & Recommend – Conduct paediatric clinical assessments, understand each child’s needs, and recommend the most suitable mobility and assistive technology solutions.

Prescribe & Fit – Script, trial, and fit specialised equipment, ensuring it meets both clinical requirements and family needs.

Support & Educate – Work closely with therapists, families, and caregivers, providing product education, training, and ongoing support.

Grow Relationships – Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, community providers, and hospitals.

Make an Impact – Be the link between clinical best practice and practical solutions that transform a child’s daily life.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You’re either industry sales rep, an OT or Physio with experience working with children.

You understand assistive technology and have prescribed equipment in your clinical role.

You’re curious about moving into a role that blends your clinical expertise with relationship-building, problem-solving, and sales.

You’re driven, enjoy achieving goals, and thrive working independently.

You hold a current driver’s licence and can obtain the necessary checks (WWCC, Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening).
