At Sell In Style, the magic happens when every detail falls into place, in this role you are the Master Architect, you and your three department team members make sure everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes. You and your team are the most important players in coordinating the operational teams and ensuring everything runs smoothly, helping us deliver on-time and seamless property staging experiences every time from consultation with clients, booking styling projects, organizing stylist and logistics teams for project installs and furniture collections to finalize with customer feedback loop once everything is completed, you put the puzzle together.

With out you and your team our Styling and Logistics teams will be lost, you will set them up for daily success!

🔥 So, what’s the gig?

We’re seeking a decisive, results-driven leader to drive our day to day projects, elevate client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue performance. You’ll own end-to-end workflows, from initial enquiry through project execution you will partner closely with Sales, Staging, Logistics and Marketing to drive our growth targets. If you thrive on decisive action, clear outcomes and building high-performing teams, this role is for you.

In this role you are the Department Leader, you will lead our Consultants and Admin team to achieve company targets and essential tasks that keep the day-to-day operations running smoothly. You will:

1. Sales & Revenue Enablement

Sales Pipeline Oversight: Lead BDM's and Client Consultation Specialists to drive new and maintain existing business, quote follow‑up, monitor conversion rates and adjust tactics in real time.

Revenue Tracking: Monitor weekly/monthly installs and sales against targets.

KPI Reporting: Deliver weekly/monthly dashboards on KPI metrics (quotes, conversions, installs, Damages, Google Reviews) to the Managing Director.

Data & Insights: Share actionable client feedback and operational metrics with Marketing Team to sharpen campaigns.

2. Client Satisfaction & Reputation Management:

Issue Resolution: Act as the escalation point for client concerns. Lead timely, confident resolutions that turn challenges into opportunities.

Manage Damage Report: Handle both internally reported damages and damages reported by clients, ensuring proper follow-up, with the highest level of service.

Handle Incorrectly Collected Owner Property: Managing the returning any incorrectly collected items that belong to owners.

3. Team Leadership & Development

Manage BDM's and Consultation Team to achieve targets: Manage our BDM's and consultant team to efficient consultations, prepare proposals, follow up quotes and achieve weekly installs and sales KPI's.

Team Management: Directly lead customer service assistant (VA) and Client Consultation Specialists by setting clear objectives and accountability.

Coaching & Growth: Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews and hands‑on coaching. Develop training modules, systems and process manuals to upskill your team.

4. Operational Champion:

Coordinate Staging Installs, Logistics Transfers & Collections: Use internal scheduling systems to coordinate stylists, logistics teams, and company fleet, ensuring smooth transitions between projects on a daily and weekly basis. Maintain clear communication so all parties are informed, aligned, and aware of expectations.

Strategize, Prepare and Finalize the Daily/Weekly Run Sheet: Making sure the daily/weekly run sheet is prepared and ready for the teams day to day operation in line with client needs.

Managing Property Access/Keys : Ensure all installations are set up by securing the necessary access/keys for properties.

File & Prepare staging collection Slips: Set pick slips ready for next-day collections, making sure our logistics team are set for success and bring our inventory back from projects

Place and Manage Office Supplies: Order and manage company office supplies.

Master Files: Own version control and backup of all master operations docs with guarantee accuracy, accessibility and security.

5. Cross‑Department Collaboration

Stakeholder Alignment: Serve as the central hub between Staging, Logistics and Marketing, to support department communication flow and operational efficiencies.

Experience & Skills

3 to 5+ years in sales or operations management, preferably in a fast‑paced service business

Proven track record of leading teams of 3+ and hitting growth‑oriented KPIs

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities

Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with data, dashboards and driving decisions from numbers

Excellent written and verbal communication, with a knack for clear escalation and follow‑through

Proficiency in CRM/operations software (e.g., Go High Level, MS Office suite)
