We're growing - and we're looking for a motivated Casual Administration Support to join our new Whyalla office!
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive and fast-paced team, playing a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our local office. The role is a blend of reception duties, data entry and provides administration support to the Accounts, Payroll, Recruitment & Mobilisation and Management teams. This position entails a four-hour daily commitment across five workdays, scheduled from 10am to 2pm. However, flexibility is available to accommodate the needs of the ideal candidate.
About the Role:
As an Administration Officer with Caledonia Group, your responsibilities will include:
Answering phones and greeting visitors
Assisting with claims and purchase orders where required
Data entry and maintaining accurate records
Supporting recruitment and mobilisation activities
Assisting with travel bookings and timesheet management
General office duties and team support as required
About you
Be local to Whyalla (This is not a FIFO or remote role)
Professional phone manner and excellent written communication skills
Previous administration experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Able to work efficiently and prioritise work
Confident using Microsoft Office and other computer systems
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
