Nungalinya is the premier Combined Churches Training College for Indigenous Australians. The College is formally supported by the Anglican, Uniting and Catholic churches of the Northern Territory and is situated in Casuarina, a northern suburb of Darwin.

We are seeking a Finance Manager, who is not only skilled in accounting and financial strategic planning but also feels called to serve in a Christ-centred educational environment.

Indigenous people are strongly encouraged to apply, although this is not a requirement for the position.

Selection Criteria:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s or CPA preferred)

Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in higher education or nonprofit sector.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

A personal commitment to the Christian faith and alignment with Nungalinya’s mission and values.

Demonstrated integrity, discretion, and a heart for service.

This role is a full-time position, however the hours can be negotiated to a 0.8 FTE (Full-Time Equivalent) if preferred.
