Positions available with a State Government program team based in Orange - ideal for applicants with sound administration skills, high-end front facing customer service experience and ability to learn new systems with ease.
An understanding of financial terminology and processes will be required, as well as an understanding of MS Suite - particularly Excel.
Successful applicants will be required to work from the Orange office on a full time basis.
The key component of this work will involve working in a high volume, fast paced contact centre to review, assess and recommend outcomes on complex financial assistance applications and claims.
To succeed in this role you MUST have professional communication skills for both phone contact and email etiquette purposes. Tenacity to manage difficult customers and confronting situations will be required. Confidence and a friendly approach will be key to your success. Previous Government experience could be helpful but is not essential.
Comprehensive training will be provided in a face-to-face setting in Orange, as well as online learning modules and ongoing training opportunities via a buddy-system and team shadowing system to ensure you are well-equipped with program knowledge and other supporting information required to effectively manage enquiries and requests.
An immediate start of work is required. Roles are available for an initial period of 12 weeks, with possibility of extending depending on work volumes.
