This exclusive opportunity with Fortis Talent is for a Senior Project Manager to deliver a $21M commercial project in Castle Hill - constructing a new second floor on top of an existing operational building, while also delivering 1,000sqm of road removal and a brand-new car park. You'll join a business that's experiencing rapid growth, with turnover now exceeding $30M. Off the back of a strong pipeline, they've recently moved into a brand new office in North Sydney, setting the stage for the next phase of expansion. In this role, you'll be trusted to:

Take full ownership of the program, budget, and procurement strategy.

Lead the structural extension: RC frames, structural steel, slabs, services coordination, roofing and solar integration.

Manage consultant and client relationships with confidence.

Oversee subcontractors across both the new floor build and external civil packages (road removal, car park, drainage, services relocation).

Drive HSEQ outcomes and ensure the project meets both program and quality expectations.

What we're looking for:

A proven track record delivering structural-heavy commercial/industrial builds ($10M–$30M).

Experience with complex extensions or live-site projects where planning and sequencing are key.

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to inspire subcontractors and work collaboratively with clients.
