The Opportunity
Join a progressive builder-developer with a proven track record of delivering landmark projects across Queensland. As a CA, you’ll take ownership of procurement, cost control, and contract management through the full lifecycle of large-scale multi-residential projects, backed by an experienced leadership team.

Your first project will be a $100m+ townhouse and apartment development in Hamilton, comprising over 200 townhouses and a 3-storey walk-up.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Overseeing end-to-end contracts administration on a $100m+ townhouse and apartment development (200+ townhouses & 15 apartments)
• Handling procurement, subcontractor engagement, and cost control
• Working closely with Project Managers, Construction Managers, and site teams
• Using systems including Cheops, Procore, and Hammertech
• Primarily site-based on the Hamilton project

What You Bring

• Experience as a CA on townhouse or multi-residential projects
• Ability to work autonomously across the full CA function
