Senior Commercial Lawyer – Corporate & Commercial Advisory and Litigation

Jameson Law is a multi-faceted law firm delivering strategic, precise, and commercially focused legal solutions across a range of practice areas. We are seeking a Senior Commercial Lawyer to join our Corporate & Commercial Advisory and Litigation department, reporting directly to the Head of Department. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a tight-knit, growing team working on high-value, complex commercial matters for a range of clients, including public companies, large private corporations, private equity firms, and high-growth businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage complex commercial and corporate law matters, including advisory and litigation components.

Advise clients on M&A, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, corporate governance, shareholding structures, capital raisings, and commercial contracts.

Work with clients on corporate restructures, IPOs, and shareholder matters.

Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements and transaction documents.

Collaborate closely with the Head of Department to deliver commercially aligned solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years PAE

3+ years of experience in commercial law, with advisory and/or litigation exposure.

Strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills.

Commercially minded, with excellent problem-solving capabilities.

Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, growing team environment.

Deep understanding of litigation and advocacy in NSW Courts

Legal administrative experience pre-admission is a plus.
