Our client is a builder who have grown from a small fit out company to one of Australia’s largest contractors in the past 30 years. Their national project portfolio varies from a $1M fit out to projects as lathe as $500M.

Their QLD operation has been operating for 17 years and deliver a mixture of fit outs/large refurbs and new build construction projects to a value of $400M. They have a fantastic name in the QLD market and a name that turns most people’s head.

Over the past 2 years the Brisbane team have been successful in securing multiple projects in the $50M to $400M range.

The role – Structures Foreman
We are looking for a Structures Foreman to join a team and help deliver a large $200M plus student accommodation project located in the inner suburbs of Brisbane.

You will report to your Site Manager and Project Manager and be seen as a key part of the project.

What we are looking for:

• A trade background
• Previous experience working on projects of $100M plus
• A Tier 1 or large Tier 2 background
• Big structures experience
• Stability with previous employers
• Able to manage multiple stakeholders
