About the role

Lindores Personnel are currently partnered with Australia's leading Construction Contractors delivering the most iconic projects across the state leading into the 2032 Olympics.

We are currently seeking an experienced Structural Foreman to join our team in Brisbane, QLD. This full-time position is crucial in overseeing the successful execution of construction projects, ensuring the work is completed to the highest standards within agreed timelines and budgets.

What you'll be doing

Supervise and coordinate the work of construction crews, including carpenters, concrete finishers, and labourers

Interpret architectural and engineering plans to direct the layout, assembly, and installation of building structures and components

Monitor worker productivity and quality of work, implementing corrective measures as needed

Liaise with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns

Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations

Maintain detailed records of project progress, timelines, and resource utilisation

Provide on-the-job training and guidance to less experienced team members

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Structural Foreman or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry

Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment

Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively manage a team and liaise with stakeholders

Working knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations

Ability to read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications

Proficient with construction management software and tools
