The Role: Operations & Executive Assistant

This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives on variety, structure, and making a real impact. You’ll serve as the Managing Director’s right hand - owning both day-to-day operations and strategic improvement projects, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation and ISO standard adoption.

Key Responsibilities

General administrative support: emails, calls, travel bookings, calendar management

Lead and manage the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 to streamline workflows and increase transparency of billable work

Oversee the rollout of ISO9001:2015 and other ISO standards, including documentation, compliance processes, and audit preparation

Identify inefficiencies and implement systems to improve operational performance

Serve as a reliable support function across departments, fostering cohesion in a fast-paced team

What You Bring

Experience in operations, administration, or EA roles where you've owned complex tasks

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with Dynamics 365 (or similar ERP/CRM) is highly valued

Proven involvement with ISO9001 (and ideally other ISO standards), either through implementation, maintenance, or compliance

High degree of autonomy and initiative - you get things done and make informed decisions independently

A positive, no-politics personality - you bring good energy and value strong team culture
