General Manager / Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Reporting to and working alongside the Managing Director
• Lead project managers, technicians, and subcontractors
• Oversee installation and commissioning of security and communication systems (CCTV, alarms, access control)
• Manage Cat6A cabling, rack replacements, and network switch/UPS installs
• Ensure compliance, quality, and timely project delivery
• Complete reports and audits

Experience

• Proven experience as a General Manager, Operations Manager or senior level position in the Data Communications or Electronic Security industry
• Electrical License (desirable)
• High level of knowledge and experience in communications systems
• Exposure to security systems (access control, CCTV, alarm systems)
• Valid Driver's Licence
• Full Australian working rights and residency
