Develop Signarama franchises in Noosa, Maroochydore, and North Lakes from two existing workshops in Maroochydore and North Lakes.

Product Categories: Anything and everything to do with signage.

Territory: Sunshine Coast and North Brisbane

About the business and the role:

Signarama is Australia's leading brand in signage, with excellent brand awareness and reputation. This gives us a great edge when it comes to selling signage, as we are easily the #1 Australian Sign brand.

Our franchises have a large amount of potential to grow.

Job tasks and responsibilities:

You will be reporting directly to the Owner to cultivate new business relationships and sell signs. As this is an autonomous role, you will need to be a motivated sales professional eager to perform and succeed in achieving mutually agreed targets.

It is expected that you will regularly attend networking events.

Skills and experience:

To be successful you will need to be able to demonstrate the ability to identify and develop new and existing business relationships. A proven track record in this area will be an important factor in the success of the role. Strong customer service will also be key to achieving successful customer relationships in order to attain your budgeted sale targets.

Your determination, passion, personal motivation to succeed and ability to work autonomously will ensure your success in this role.

Ideally you have at least 1 of the following:

Business Development Experience

Signage expertise

Your Skills:

Focus, ability to plan, and organize your daily tasks

Quoting, account management and client relationship skills

General understanding of signage or a similar industry, as well as an aptitude for learning

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Honest, Independent and hard working

Strong customer service focus

Remuneration:

A competitive remuneration package commensurate to experience will be negotiated with the successful candidate. There is an attractive base salary that will be supplemented with commission. It is expected that within 1-2 years that total remuneration will be in the six figures.

Licence/Certification:

Driver Licence (Required)

Work Authorisation: Australia (Required)

Work Location:

On the road in the morning/ office in the afternoon

Note that we do not expect you to work weekends or evenings.

We do expect that you will regularly attend business networking events (e.g. Bx).
