Key Responsibilities

Perform installations, servicing, and repairs of garage doors and gates, including automation systems.

Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and customer service.

Support the Sales and Business Managers with technical input for quotes and job planning.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues on-site.

Ensure tools, vehicles, and inventory are maintained and ready for use.

All other major brands of garage doors, gates, and automation systems

Job management and scheduling software for efficient workflow

Skills & Experience

Proven hands-on experience in garage door and/or gate installation and servicing.

Strong leadership qualities with the ability to guide and support a team.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with B&D and ATA products (preferred) and other garage door and gate motors / hardware

Ability to interpret technical manuals and installation guides.

Current driver’s licence (mandatory).

Relevant trade qualifications or certifications (advantageous).
