Entry Solutions is a Melbourne based manufacturer and installer of high-quality garage doors and gates. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Garage Door installer to join our growing team. Located in the western suburbs of Melbourne.

Location: Ravenhall, Vic

About the Role

As a Garage Door Installer at Entry Solutions, you’ll be responsible for installing roller doors and sectional doors.

Key Responsibilities

Install Garage doors according to manufacturer requirements - roller, sectional, and Bar Grille doors

Perform full site measure-ups - Ensuring accurate dimensions for ordering. Attention to detail is crucial when measuring.

Occasionally perform garage door repairs.

Educate customers by explaining the installation process and answer any technical questions they may have.

Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working order.

Update job cards in a timely manner, including taking before and after photos of job sites.

Complete all work in accordance with company policies and procedures (Including OH&S)

Key requirements

Australian resident with full working rights

Must have a full Australian driver’s license

Must be able to drive a manual car – Ability to tow a trailer will be advantageous

Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various positions (e.g. kneeling, bending, climbing ladders).

Reliable, punctual, team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: Any previous experience in garage doors will be preferred.

Tool experience: Familiar with hand tools such as grinders and drills.

Skills: Good problem solver with the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems autonomously. Excellent customer service.

Attention to Detail: Ability to perform accurate site measure-ups to ensure smooth installations. Including site levels.

Attitude: Good communication skills – A Team player with a ‘can do’ attitude.
